UT Martin's legal-research platform is Westlaw Next.  Use Westlaw to find:

  • Federal laws and statutes (in United States Code Annotated or USCA; the official text of federal laws, supplemented by relevant cases, historical notes, indexes, cross-references, and other annotations)
  • All federal- and state-court cases and legal decisions (including U.S. Supreme Court)
  • State statutes and regulations (all 50 states and D.C., with administrative codes from 44 states)
  • Code of Federal Regulations (CFR; federal administrative regulations)
  • Federal Register (50,000 pages of current regulatory, administrative, and executive materials generated by key federal entities)
