Natural Resources: Find books

Natural resources include non-domesticated plants and animals that are not necessarily "farm" products. Be sure to look at the Agriculture guide for resources on domesticated crops and livestock

PML doesn't have the book? Article isn't available in full text? UTM students and faculty can ask the Interlibrary Loan staff to find it for you. Remember to leave enough lead time!

Search @ the Library

Search the catalog for print and e-title items in the library collection

(use the "Keyword" pull-down menu to target your query to a specific data field)

(Use this separate link to search library databases for > articles < <  in journals, magazines, and select newspapers)

Browse the shelves

Sometimes wandering the shelves is useful. If you can find one book on a topic, others like it will be sitting on the same shelf.  Be sure to look at both the Reference collection on the first floor for general helps like encyclopedias, and at the circulating collection on the second floor for books you can take with you
